​Membership becomes due for renewal on 1st January each year.
​Membership for joining on or after the Autumn show will extend to December 31st the following year.

By completing the membership form you are giving Colwyn Bay Horticultural Society consent to process your personal data in order to communicate with you. We will keep the data for the year for which it applies. If your membership lapses we will keep the data for two further years during which we will try to contact you. After the two years we will delete your data, if you want this doing earlier, please let us know.

Your details are kept on a password protected platform accessible only to members of the committee. Your details are not shared outside of the society.
